Sound Baths
With seven quartz singing bowls tuned to 432 Hz, sound baths last up to 45 minutes. The sound vibrations are known to induce calm and soothe anxiety, but some claim they also provide physical and emotional healing. Most clients leave feeling really good.
Personal Coaching
This section was birthed at the request of clients who asked for my help. If you want regular sessions or a personalized experience, I provide coaching. I have helped people with decluttering, healing childhood trauma, and managing anxiety and migraine headaches.
Henna Art
This is just flat out fun. I make my own henna and do not use stencils. I draw my patterns as I go, generally following traditional Mehndi design. I don’t claim to be a henna savant, and I’ll never do a traditional Indian wedding. But I’ve never had a single complaint while painting henna on the California coast.
